An impact investment with a very nice return

Specifically, there are 2 bonds that you can subscribe to.

1. Crowdlending

• 5-year bond with 1 capital-free period
• Gross yield: 9%
• Annual net return (after withholding tax): 6.3%
• Investment amount: EUR 500-500,000
• For whom: private individuals and companies

2. WINWIN loan

This is a fiscal favor measure of the Flemish government for Flemish people who invest in Flemish SMEs. (Not to be confused with the WINWINNER platform)

• 5 year bond
• Gross yield: 5.5%
• Annual net return (after withholding tax): 6.35% (3.85% net + 2.5% tax benefit via personal income tax)
• Investment amount: EUR 2,500-75,000
• Guarantee: 30%. In case of inability to repay the bond, you will receive a one-off tax credit for 30% of the outstanding capital.
• For whom: Flemish private individuals.
