Candle sand is a reusable alternative to traditional candles. Instead of a solid candle, you use loose wax granules (WONDR Sand) that you pour into a holder. You insert a wick and let it burn like a regular candle.

Let your candle burn for 2 to 4 hours per turn, until the top layer is completely melted.
This provides an even surface and prevents *tunneling* (when the sides don't melt).

- Burning too short (less than 30 min) → tunneling and unstable flame.
- Burning too long (more than 5 hours) → holder may overheat and form more soot.

Smoke or soot is usually caused by a fuse that is too long or a draft in the room.
Trim the wick to about 0.5cm before each burn and store the candle out of the wind.
Let your candle burn long enough so that the wax melts completely and the flame remains steady.

Make sure your candle burns long enough each time you use it.
The top layer must be completely liquid before you extinguish it.
This way the surface remains flat and your candle burns completely - no more wax loss.

Allow the sand to cool completely before removing or refilling.
Wash the holder with warm water and let it dry thoroughly.
💡 Tip: After burning, you can wash the candle holder and use it as a mug

One refill pouch burns for approximately 30 hours .

After use, remove any residue from your candle holder, insert a new wick, and refill with WONDR Sand.

Burned out your candle? Simply refill it with WONDR Candle Sand or use the holder as a coffee mug. The mug is dishwasher safe!
