How do you mix the refill powders?

Fill the bottle to one third with water and then add the powder. Fill the rest of the bottle to the maximum line with water and shake well. Let the mix sit overnight and then enjoy a WONDR-like hand soap.

How do I know which shampoo or conditioner is best for me?
