How do you mix the refill powders?
Fill one-third of the bottle with water and add the powder. Fill the rest of the bottle to the maximum line with water and shake well. Let the mix rest for 10 minutes and then enjoy a WONDR-ful shower.
How long does a refill pouch last?
One refill equals 500 ml of shampoo or body wash. That's 2 plastic bottles saved! WONDR-ful for you, your wallet and the planet!

Fill one-third of the bottle with water.
Carefully add the powder to the water. Next, fill the bottle with water up to the indicator line on the inside.
Put the lid on the bottle and shake well.
Let your shampoo or body wash rest for 10 minutes. Easy peasy!

    Don't expect a typical liquid shampoo

    Some pointers before using:

    1. Use warm water when mixing the powder, and wait longer than 10 minutes after your second shake.

    2. Be prepared for the bottle to expand and create a mess during your first open after shaking.

    This shampoo takes some getting used to. As far as sustainability goes, I appreciate that the packaging is readily home compostable. While I still need an extra bump of anti-dandruff shampoo for my scalp, I'm quite happy with the smell and other properties of this shampoo. Do I find it odd that it comes out as a foamy solution rather than a gel-like liquid? Absolutely, but it's not a deal breaker. Overall, as far as sustainable options go, this might be the best I've tried.

    We found some mistakes in our communication about how mix the powders

    You should mix the powders with normal water temperature and leave the mixture for a night.

    Ow yes: the longer it's mixed, the better it's mixed (max 72h)
