HOE DOE JE EEN ZELFCHECK?

Kijk in de spiegel
Bekijk je borsten zorgvuldig. Let op veranderingen in grootte, vorm, huid of tepel. Leg je handen achter je hoofd en kijk opnieuw.
Verdeel je borst
Stel je borst voor als een cirkel verdeeld in 12 taartpunten. Plaats je hand ongeveer 5 cm onder het sleutelbeen. Leg je andere hand in je nek.
Voel met je vingertoppen
Gebruik 3 à 4 vingertoppen en maak draaiende bewegingen. Zet lichte druk en beweeg van de buitenkant van de borst naar de tepel. Herhaal dit bij elk deel. Onderzoek ook de oksel en het gebied tussen oksel en borst.
Controleer de tepel
Trek de tepel voorzichtig iets van het lichaam. Kijk of hij soepel meebeweegt.
Herhaal bij de andere borst
Voer dezelfde stappen uit voor je andere borst.

The Hemp Infusion facewash bar is suitable for normal to combination skin types. This facewash bar contains mild ingredients that gently cleanse and nourish your skin.

How should I use the face mask?

1. Cleanse and dry your face before applying the mask.
2. Apply a rich layer, avoiding the skin around your eyes and mouth.
3. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes and let it dry.
4. Rinse with lukewarm water and enjoy silky soft skin!

Use 1-2 times a week for best results and a long lasting glow!
